Use of the Service

TunnelBear is to be used for lawful purposes only and in line with these Terms. You promise not to use it in any manner that breaks local, national or international laws or regulations that apply.

Account Registration

An account is required in order to use TunnelBear. Keeping your login credentials confidential is your responsibility, as is everything that happens under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are charged in advance and renew on a recurring cycle. Cancelling is possible at any time. Any refunds follow what applicable law requires.

Intellectual Property

TunnelBear LLC and its licensors own, and will continue to exclusively own, the TunnelBear service along with its original content, features and functionality.

Limitation of Liability

Within the fullest limits that applicable law allows, TunnelBear accepts no liability for damages of an indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive kind.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be changed by us at any time, and we will give notice of any major change. If you keep using the service after an update, that counts as your acceptance.
