This article answers the most common billing questions for TunnelBear subscribers.

How do I upgrade to Unlimited?

Open the TunnelBear app, tap Get Unlimited, and complete the purchase with your preferred payment method. Your subscription activates immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel, go to your account settings and select Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

TunnelBear offers refunds within 30 days of purchase for annual plans and within 7 days for monthly plans. Contact support with your account email and purchase date to request a refund.

I was charged but my plan didn't upgrade

This can happen when a payment is pending. Wait 10–15 minutes and refresh the app. If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction ID.
