How to reset your password

If you have forgotten your TunnelBear password, you can reset it in a few steps.

1. Open the TunnelBear app or go to the login page.
2. Click Forgot password? below the password field.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email — it may take a few minutes.
5. Click the reset link in the email, then enter and confirm your new password.

Didn't receive the email?

Check your spam or junk folder. If the email still doesn't arrive after 10 minutes, ensure you are using the correct email address and try again.
